1. Article 1

We believe in one God, true, almighty, and infinite, Father, Son, and Holy Ghost: Father unbegotten, the Son begotten of the Father from eternity, of the same substance with him, the Holy Ghost proceeding from the Father, of the same substance with the Father and the Son. These three persons, In one substance, we call the all holy Trinity, by all creation for ever blessed, glorified, and adored.
