Chapter 76
That children must honour their parents and obey them in all things in which God’s commandment is not hindered. Lk. ii. 48; 51; Eph. vi. 1; 2 omit σου after πατέρα*, ἐπαγγελίαις for ἐπαγγελίᾳ*; 3. 2That parents must bring up their children in the discipline and correction of the Lord with meekness and long-suffering, and, so far as in them lies, give no excuse for anger or grief. Eph. vi. 4; Col. iii. 21.
